October 31, 2022 I would just like to comment that I dont understand how we can claim to have a fair and free market when so much of the market has no transparency, and so many loop-holes that Wall Street can take advantage of over regular investors such as myself. I believe that allowing any swap positions, let alone large ones, to be \"concealed\" from the public eye for any amount of time is not only a harm and danger to our economy, but also to our national security (Imagine massive liquidations occurring without no one the wiser until it is too late, wrecking the economy, all because these risky positions were not transparent to the public or regulatory bodies) I have faith that we can right this ship of a free market we claim to have, but it first starts with a transparent market.
