October 31, 2022 How are these things not ALREADY rules? Many a retail investor has asked the question where all of the chicanery, all of the secret dealings, that manipulate the market into a mockery of itself are: this is likely where they are. The only reason NOT to do this is because you're already so in bed with the companies using this sort of thing to hide their otherwise illegal acts that disregarding your duty to regulate markets is a preferable alternative to actually doing your jobs. A failure to implement these rules, and the others currently proposed, might be the last chance for the SEC to have the respect of those it's supposedly here to help, those it chose to spend half a million dollars to mock, the retail investors.
