October 30, 2022 As a supposed free and fair market everyone involved from the large hedge funds all the way down to the individual retail investors should have access to market swaps data. This data is paramount in providing transparency for our markets and allowing investors to make decisions accordingly. If this data continues to be obfuscated from those that invest within the market then I do not believe we can truly call this a free and fair market. I implore the SEC to make the right decision as allowing more people to have access to data and information on our markets will never be perceived as bad. Thank you for your time.
