October 30, 2022 I support the proposed rule. Only a transparent market can be a fair market. The big institutions already have too many ways and too much power to influence the market. Many past financial crises already proved many of them are purely greedy speculators not investors. We, the individual/smaller investors, are the fundamental base of the market and also the ones who need more protection from the SEC.
