 Ms. Countrymen,

Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions.

I am for making sure our markets are transparent. I want SWAP data available in real timel This is the 21st century with Web 3.0 and crypto knocling at the door of the old ways. The old ways being manipulation, lies, and deceit.

It is not helpful for Hedge-funds and/or Market Makers to short companies into bankruptcy and instill bad actors onto board positions. These are just people who made the rules so they can benefit, while robbing the American people for decades now.

If this is what \"capitalism\" is, Ive never seen it in my life. There is no free hand of the market, when 3rd party reporting is limited, invalid, or a \"glitch\" occurs borrow fees are way too low for those who short ETFs, stock, or anything else and SWAPs are allowed to be used to kick the can and further suppress data. All while using CDOs as the leverage needed to further suppress stock price discovery, dicouraging investors.

This money being used to rob the American people is not their money. They have not earned it. This money is from Pensions, PFOFs, 401ks this is actual american citizens money that is being stolen. As Henry Ford once said, If the American People knew how our financial system operated, there would be a revolution over night. Well this is me and my knowledge. Here is the revolution, we want our data, I want a fare market.

Think about this for a second, there is no trust in our government, our market, or companies. Not one entity has earned the trust of the American People. It will take decades for trust to come back into the markets and governmnt, unless you take up the mantle of public service.

Give us a reason to trust you, please do your job. Stop hiding comments for the public to comment on important issue like these Make these public comments visable, make it clear Stop taking your cues from private entities and do your job for the public

This country was once great when the public sector and private sector were separate. Im am afraid we will never see a proper government serving the interests of it's people ever again. Please prove me and my concerned investors wrong.
Thank you,
Henry Harding III
