October 29, 2022 Hello Regulators I think it goes without saying we live in a very fast paced, digital world but seems that when it comes to the stock market it very archaic in a lot of areas. Based on this rule it is important to give more transparency when it comes to WHO is borrowing and lending shares. Retail who hold shares in brokerages or the \"Street name\" should also be given transparency around this and keep accurate records of ownership. Retail arguably should also receive dividends in the event the brokerage is lending out their shares. Eliminate onward lending. Also have every loaned security should have a drop dead due date that cannot be exceeded. We need to make the market less opaque and this is your time to step up and restore faith into our capital markets. Thank you
