October 29, 2022 The passing of these regulations need to be enforced for the betterment and improved function of the free market made available by the broader retail side of the markets. These proposed rules would allow a large step forward in regaining a foothold on true free market capitalism. We finally have a director at the SEC who cares about retail investors.
