October 29, 2022 A private entity, made up of representatives from organizations that regularly thwart rules and that bleed out the public, who are largely self regulated, are telling the legal representatives for the victims of these criminal organizations, and the federal government, what rules they will and will not follow. When is enough enough? You've already sacrificed retails power and agency, are you ready to give away yours too? Transparency is only and issue if there is something to hide. We need more Transparency in our markets.
