November 1, 2022 I comment in strong support of S7-32-10, the Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps and the Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions. The SEC claims to assure access to securities markets that are Fair, Transparent and Efficient. https://www.sec.gov/news/speech/2010/spch011310laa.htm The title of this rule is self-explanatory. Passing it is taking steps toward achieving the aforementioned claim by the SEC.
