Thank you first for letting me have to opportunity to comment on this proposal

I will keep this short, and state I am absolutely supporting of this proposal.
 In fact, requiring a proposal to prevent fraud is somewhat shocking that a proposal is needed to prevent crime.

As mentioned from the title of the proposal it states \"Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions\".  This is exactly what is needed for last 20 years.  This absolutely should be approved.

My reasoning though is the following:
 - more transparency where large based swaps occur
 - reporting no later than the end of first business day after swap is executed, is an excellent proposal.
