October 9, 2022 I am commenting to express my support of increased transparency of the market in general, and specifically regarding short sale transactions. Businesses targeted by predatory investment companies should have the means to determine where these attacks are coming from in order to defend themselves. Short sellers currently operate to destroy businesses by driving their stock price down, doing business 'in the dark' and utilizing media to spread fear and misunderstanding about their intended victims. Businesses subjected to these tactics without knowledge of the source. Don't let corporate interests interfere with the SEC's ability to protect investors.
