I hope this rule will actually be enforced but I like so many others have no faith that it will be the brokers and banks have gotten fatter and richer while the average people suffer from diseptive practices that the SEC turns a blind eye to or they receive a small fine but the enormous amount of money they make makes the fine irrelevant. I hope you step up to the plate instead of what normally happens but I won’t hold my breath
