Hello SEC, Yes, I believe that proposed rules against fraud and manipulation are important. They should be created and enforced. I want rules to be in place protecting the market and would see those who look to engage in illegal practices to have significant consequences to ensure the such punishment would not be considered “cost of doing business” when such rules are implemented.
