Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am certain you are under a lot of criticism and pressure to succumb to the whims of those in charge of mass fortunes within our economy. If you were like everyone else, this proposal would have stalled out before made it to the first review. Thank you for your diligence and effort to speak up for the small, individual investors like myself. The fact that this proposal is seeing the light of day is speaking volumes to the dedication you are willing to pursue in making the US markets more free. As a single-income family, I thank you, my wife thanks you and my two children thank you. You are creating a better future in which large hedge funds are held accountable for their actions like any person or entity should. The visibility of all trades, swaps, loans, etc. is what makes markets provide competition. Without this visibility, there is no reason for an individual investor, like myself, to invest in a company. I look forward to this proposal
getting a lot of flack for its forthrightness and direct accountability on its way to approval. Thank you again, for your diligence in making this proposal a reality for the individual investors.
