Thank you for standing up against the financial corruption. I agree to the rules proposed and would like to see them implemented. 


As for fine i would suggest fines be upwards of 125% of gains per infraction. This would prevent unlawful trading and prevent attempts in the future by not allowing a simple slap on the wrist per infraction. It would no long be worth the time or cost to even attempt unlawful/illegal trades. 


Inclusion of Dark Pools may be a good addition as well, as of recently at a certain point up to 90% of trades took place in dark pools. This does not allow for a fair market if trades are not taking place on a lit market and u fairly affecting price values. 


I appreciate being involved in this process as I am not as literate in financial markets as I would like to be. So I will place my trust in the SEC to make fair and necessary changes.
