Hello, All I want is to be able to enter a store, a restaurant, a bank, or the stock market and have an honest, transparent transaction. This proposal is a step in the right direction.. but only a step. I hope that the SEC can represent the people in a way that makes us, the people, proud to be called Americans.. because that is not the current feeling. The market should be open and fair, so that all people and companies have an even opportunity to reach their dream. Keep pushing to help everyone more equally. Thank you.
