To Whom It May Concern: I am in full support of proposed rule S7-32-10 and thank you for bringing the rule forward. A free market must be rid of manipulation, corruption and fraud to call itself a free market. Any party against this ruling is essentially wanting and more so, needing these elements of crime to fleece their underlying investors for their own gains. Sincerely, Carl Schmidt
