To whom it may concern, I truly can’t believe we have to comment on why fraud should be prevented and CCOs shouldn’t be coerced. This is as dystopian as it can get! We want a free and fair market – not one where over 50% of the trades are off exchange. Price discovery simply cannot exist when retail trades are continuously sent to unlit markets. This is blasphemy, all eyes are on the US stock market. Do what’s right and get rid of these financial terrorists – or “Hedge Funds” as Wall Street calls them. Ken Griffin – we see you.
