Feb. 06, 2022
February 6th, 2022 Dear Gary Gensler and SEC, I am writing to you with great concern over the integrity and overall moral ethics of the New York stock exchange (NYSE). It is with great disappointment that certain actions and potential illegal activities are going uninvestigated, and without legal consequences. I believe the integrity of our nation is being displayed as complicit with crime and fraud and has for some time. Certain investors, such as myself, believe it is wrong to defraud our nation, various companies, new generations of investors, and hard working Americans. It is with great hope from me and other investors that you are able to put a stop to this fraud in the NYSE and end this corruption once and for all. The US financial market has pledged to be free and fair, but fact of the matter is, it is only free to a certain small percentage of this country. I'm a young investor and would like to continue perusing investments through the NYSE, but only am willing and able to if everyone in the world has the same advantages equally. Corruption has proven to be a parasite throughout world history and it shames me to know how much is going unnoticed or even allowed. Corruption has left the lower and middle class workers of this country in positions where we are unable to provide for ourselves and loved ones. I ask you, as a fellow American, to please help make this country free and fair again. Help bring this country back to the way our Founding Fathers intended. The land of the free. Help end corruption and be the leading team in making our country the land of opportunity again. Help small and large scale investors push America forward and bring our integrity, trust, loyalty and overall success back. Please, do the right thing and end the fraud. Sincerely, Mr. Brandon D.
