To whom it may concern,

As we all know, the US Stock exchange is full of corruption and deceit. Any effort to end fraud and make our stock exchange more fair is something I support. It has been extremely frustrating for us, retail investors, when we see just a handful of firms manipulate the underlying price of a stock for their own benefit. When market makers, who also own hedge funds, are allowed to manipulate the price of a stock, shouldn't that be illegal? I feel more hopeful that we can have a more fair and transparent market with this administration, and if we can stop the fraud on Wall Street, historians will look back and say the corruption ended with this generation of regulators. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

M.G. Nazinger
