Dear SEC folks, As a former federal employee, and contractor, I support the proposed rule changes and am appreciative of the continuing regulatory change surrounding Security Based Swaps, and support of the retail investors. I am now medically disabled as of the age of 38. So not having the protections and unfair advantage that hedge funds enjoy by being manipulating stocks by using such techniques as short selling, has been devastating to my investment portfolio. And I rely on said portfolio to avoid being another homeless inhabitant of the Los Angeles city streets. Thank you -Roger Tovar CISSP
