Dear SEC representative, I am writing to support the proposed rule titled "Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection With Security-Based Swaps; Prohibition Against Undue Influence Over Chief Compliance Officers; Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions," ie, file number S7-32-10. As a retail investor, it is important to me that the markets are fairly regulated and that big players don't use swaps and other mechanisms to enrich themselves at my expense.
