As a retail investor, I fully support the proposed changes towards improved transparency and regulations of Security Based Swaps. If properly enforced--with meaningful punishment beyond pitiful fines--I believe these new rules will have a significant impact on reducing the rampant corruption infesting Wall Street. A fair market is all that retail investors want, and I appreciate the SEC working towards leveling the playing field. I realize fixing such a convoluted market is an incredibly daunting task and wish to commend everyone involved. I look forward to additional rule changes that open the door to a new era of investment for the common people.
