If swap are to remain obfuscated, what is preventing bad actors in our markets from abusing this system that household investors do not have access too. How can our regulating bodies be certain there are abiding by all the rules they should be. I am all in favor of this proposed rule as it is a step closer to a more transparent and fair market.
