Dear Sir/Madam,

Please consider my comments regarding the proposal 's7-32-10 Reopening of Comment Period for Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions'.

Capital markets are opaque. This is true regardless of what side of the bench you happen to fall onto and whatever your social or financial status. The Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions is vital to promoting transparency and rooting out fraud.

I argue that reporting these metrics should have been required and enforced years ago and have been left unchecked for far too long. The fact that Large Security-Based Swap Positions are not reported directly contradicts the aim or transparent and fair capital markets. The whole market and its participants are affected by these types of strategies which often leads to detrimental outcomes for all but a few. Capital markets should be for all and it's time the regulations matched the intended purpose of markets.

Please consider these comments and thank you for the opportunity to participate in rulemaking for capital markets.
