Hello and thank you for looking into this matter
I support this long overdue proposal. Greater transparency in the markets is a must and well as the reduction of self reporting.
Dark pool trading must also be banned and there must be fines which are greater than the amount of profit on illegal trading. JAIL TIME must be one of the punishments as well. No more of this slap on the wrist from criminal behavior. Enough is enough
