As an independent investor in the United States stock market and a law abiding, tax paying citizen I am writing to give my full support to this proposed rule and its immediate implementation to uphold the integrity of the United States law as stated in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Parties not registered with the SEC are able to evade the laws of this nation and have abused the market for many generations. This blatant abuse has undermined the market and must immediately be stopped. It is my right to ask that this rule be passed and applied immediately to these parties.
