I concur with the proposed rule Re-proposed Rule 9j-1, specifically to include all security based swaps.
Proposed Rule 15Fh-4(c)- I concur but disagree to stop at the CCO. The proposed rule shall include additional influential members an organization.
Proposed Rule 10B-1- I concur with the proposed rule but there is no timeline for reporting requirements. If this were to occur and with the potential for a T+0 proposed rule in the making the notification requirements should align with said settlement dates.
