I am an average retail investor. I started my investing journey less than 2 years ago and quickly found it rewarding and engaging. After learning more about the structure of this alleged free and fair market, I became disheartened to realize the many loopholes there are for bad actors to take advantage of retail investors. In the interest of brevity, I would just like to say that while I may not be able to understand the ins and outs of this proposal, I have faith that the SEC will do whats right and protect the individual investor from manipulation and fraud. It is imperative for the future of our society that change take place within our markets. I along with all other individual investors have been stolen from enough.
