I support the File No. S7-32-10 Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception.

I've become enlightened as a first time retail investor beginning early 2021 thanks to the incredible due diligence from intelligent people working hard to share their best research of their lives, many who are part of the r/Superstonk community.

I want to see an END to the current market structure and a new beginning on an honest one that is fair to retail investors.

I cannot comment with many technical specifics as I'm still learning, but what I've undoubtedly learned is that our current market is NOT structured in fairness or to protect retail investors in American securities. Passing S7-32-10 is a crucial step in the right direction.

To Chairman Gensler, and every crucial member of the SEC who has worked diligently the past months in bringing this rule proposal to the forefront, thank you very much. LFG
