I support fraud prevention and methods to allow better detection of practices that have been damaging our markets and economy as a whole. Please continue enacting these rules and follow through with penalties that are more than a slap on the wrist as the cost of doing business.
In it's current state, I don't understand why anyone would partake in such a corrupt market without being a financial institution with far greater tools and leniencies that allow profiting at the cost of retail investors portfolios and regular citizen retirement accounts.
Bad actors in our market need to be identified and penalized accordingly for damaging the economy, running American businesses into the ground, and gambling away our retirement funds to line their pockets.
