I support any rules to specify how and why illegal activities are actually illegal, but what is the point if the punishment in 95% of cases will be a fine worth a fraction of what they profited. If I rob a bank not only do I serve time in jail but I certainly dont get to keep what I stole and pay a tiny fine. or if i dodge taxes (harder in my country) i dont pay a small fine instead paying the taxes that I owed also.
I understand these things take time but I think there must be enough evidence of wrong doing and it is time to protect the retail investor, the little guy.
