Dear SEC-Team,
I am hoping for a better future where me and my family can create wealth based on fundamental analysis, technical analysis and more. The current market structure allows way too many exploits and I am wondering why so many new rules are introduced in the last year to prohibit these exploits.
I am grateful that you take action and this rule is a great step in the right direction.
Markets can never be too transparent and everyone should have the same chances. Success should come from great effort and intelligence, but not from exploiting a system by e.g. naked shorting.
