As a retail investor I am incredibly grateful that future action is being taken against bad actors. This last year has opened my eyes to how much corruption really does run rampant in our markets. Seeing these proposals has restored some of my faith that there are good people who are willing to look out for the little guy. With that being said, the one concern I would have is the time it would take to get these rules in place. I don't want to see them passed in 2023 or 2024, I'm speaking on behalf of many other retail investors when I say these amendments should be in effect as soon as possible.
