As an international investor in the US markets, I believe having complete transparency and an even playing field in which participants, retail or institutional investors, can have full trust in these markets is paramount to obtain integrity. I am actually surprised rules against manipulation, deception and fraud in regards to SBS are not in place. This makes me question the overall quality of the market and its moral principles in which it operates. I believe with change and enforcement against all type of fraud and manipulation is a step in the right direction for a better market. For this reason, I support the proposed change.
