Hello SEC. I am glad to see that steps are being taken to address the evident fraud and manipulation that is seen surrounding certain securities. Although this has been happening for decades I believe it is always best to do something later rather than never so THANK YOU sincerely for trying to make the american financial market the transparent and fair system for capital raising that it is meant to be. I believe this rule change is beneficial in protecting retail investors and as such welcome it with open arms. If I was in your position I would place close attention to those who would oppose such a measure of transparency and ask yourselves why? It is time to put an end to all the corruption, all the behind the scenes shenanigans, the dark pool trading. All of it. This is a great step in that direction so thank you for doing your jobs once again.
