Thank you for the opportunity for allowing comments on proposed rulings. As a retail investor, I am in favor for this rule for the following reasons - 1. Fair Market Transparency. All participants in the equity markets should have equal opportunity and knowledge on matters that could affect current or prospective positions. 2. I am a CFA candidate who won the CFA ethics National Championship and it is something I take a lot of pride in that I navigate myself through the markets with the highest ethical standards. I believe all dealings in the swaps market should hold themselves to the highest level of accountability too.
