Any anti-fraud proposal such as this is always a good thing in a market where, to me at least as a retail investor, it is blatantly obvious that abuse of the current system has run rampant without regulation or any amount of scrutiny by those whose job it is to do so.
My only hope with these new proposals is that they are not just enforced, but properly implemented as well. Would be quite a shame to see this whole article get brushed aside or ignored.
