American and international trust in our financial markets have been eroding for years. Transparency should be a given and so should the prevention of fraud surrounding any market any where if we are to maintain any modicum of truth in the states and abroad. It is a disgrace these things need to be said but big players in the markets have been getting away with slaps on the wrist after violating rules many times over. Paying fines amounts to the \"cost of doing business\" these days and it's disgusting. The time for change is now.
