I have been following Mr. Gensler's reports and comments on the state of the markets and wall street ever since he took over the commission. His latest comment referring to 90% of transactions not making it to the lit exchange really surprised me. Not only is the notion absurd that 9 out of every 10 transactions not go to where the people purchasing think it's going, but the fact that Mr. Gensler is aware and stated this really spoke volumes. I am in total support of any proposal that aids in stopping the fraud and manipulation of our current joke of a free and fair market, and allows more transparency to all investors.
