I am in favor of the rule however I fear the rule will not be reinforced. Over the past year it has become blatantly obvious to everyone the markets are not fair and manipulated by certain entities. The market is extremely broken and I have doubt that any rule will fix any of this. The vulgarity of the antics that are committed by these financial terrorist continue to commit these crimes without any punishment. If there is punishment , the parties are only fined a minuscule amount which doesnt outweigh the crime they committed what so ever. Due to the lack of discipline on Wall Street, crime, gross negligence, and misreporting has become the new wave. From what I know, the SEC has failed to protect retail from these heinous criminals that continue to abuse their power on Wall Street, and the trust retail once had for the SEC will be very hard to earn back.
