Hello I am a retail investor that is for this rule. I am also hoping it will actually be enforced. One of the markers of a truly free market is equal transparency. Without this rule enacted and enforced, retail is in disadvantageous position and is participating in a pay for play market which is highly dangerous to the free market. The invisible must be made invisible again, not tied directly to a large institution or hedge fund that wants to use the transparency they are granted to stifle retail.
