As per Gary Gensler 90-95% of retail trades do not hit the lit exchange. Thus not having an effect on stock price.
Please remove dark pool trading.
Please remove PFOF.
Please increase penalties for failing to cover FTDs.
Something needs to be done to control shorting. Especially naked shorting. Let the stock price be what its supposed to be.
