The proposed rule is a fantastic change and a great step in the right direction towards creating a fair and democratic market.
For too long have the only people to have benefited from the market in the United States been the people in positions of wealth and connections to those in firms that work and regulate said market(s). This new rule shall make investing in the US stock market a much fairer playing field and would restore global faith in the US stock market.
