I am writing regarding S7-32-10
Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions.
I believe this is a pivotal move forward in creating a more fair and free market. It is my hope that the SEC does not stop here and continues to close loopholes that have allowed fraud and manipulation to run rampant in the market. I also hope that the punishments for breaking these rules start to fit the crime, as the current fines are nothing more than an inconvenience to current offenders.
