It's sickening that there are members of the SEC who would possibly be AGAINST this proposal, which is so obviously a step in the right direction for the protection of the American people and the fulfillment of the SEC's mandate. The fact that the SEC is only now just creating rules to protect against Fraud and \"undue influence\" against compliance officers, shows how low the protections in place have stooped. I will be actively contacting local representatives of government and upwards to further this issue and to encourage the SEC to continue this trend of passing further regulations and protections against fraud.
