The audacity it takes to even title a rule like this just infuriates me. I'll put this in simple words for everyone, fraud bad. There is no doubt that the actions taken by these financial firms have not been good for the markets, just their own bank accounts. This whole situation is akin to a criminal saying \"Well there was no specific rule saying I couldn't steal that money\".Oh, but some of these folks have special privileges, because they are soo important,helping us run the markets efficiently, how kind,and not at all a way to skim some off of the top. This bullshit has gone on for too long, we've bailed these assholes out for their criminality before.Laws aren't there to be some imaginary code that dictates how everything works, they are band-aids to repair the parts of society we consistently break, a means to an end. The goal is a free market, with prosperity for all, not a rigged game for a few. Nobody gives a shit about technicalities we want results, and if you keep sacrificing the needs of the many for the few, then the problem will find different ways to solve itself. Nowadays,Im Not sure why I bothered serving this country. I've been laid off twice since leaving the military, both good jobs in renewable energy, and called unseemly things for collecting what little unemployment I could while locked in my home thanks to health conditions and the stupidity of others. All while our corrupt government, bailed out crooks and aided criminality, so don't sit in your offices and whine to me that you just don't have the right rules in place. It's just more bullshit, every anti-trust or common person focused financial legislation has been systematically gutted for decades. This is a problem of people knowing full well that the lower classes in this country are being choked to death by a bunch of rich pricks and political hacks who at best just shrug and say \"Aw shucks, sorry I can't do anything. See there is a line in this rule that says they can choke you on Thursdays, I really wish I could help but rules are rules.\"
