I fully support all measures to help protect retail investors from predatory short selling practices and unfair PFOF that keeps retail from having a voice in what is supposed to be a free market.
While I see the value of dark pools, as well, I believe they should be extremely heavily regulated and their use ONLY allowed for specific and permitted institutional large trades.
Thank you for your commitment to cleaning up the mess greed and selfishness has made over the last decades.
