I am pleased to see a lot of laws and regulations passed in the past year. With the common denominator of mitigating market manipulation. Given that there are already rules(laws) put in place to minimize coordinated attacks on the American working class (whom is effected by all of the manipulation), why should we trust these rules will be implemented and enforced? Like Gary Gensler said 90-95% of trades not going to the lit exchange.Knowing that this is taken place and these trades are all within the dark pool why dont you just shut the dark pools down? U would literally be pushing the manipulation problem back on the manipulators. QUIT ACTING LIKE RETAIL IS THE PROBLEM Shut down dark pools
