Our market needs to run more transparently. All trading should remain on lit exchanges. Stop leveraging and gambling with Americans livelihoods and retirements. Institutions that cannot abide by the rules need to pay heavier fines and held to a higher level of accountability. Make the fines and jail time fit the crimes
